ATTENTION CONDO OWNERS

If you are thinking about making a move, or know someone who is, you really need to talk with the Condo Marketing Specialist. Selling condos is different from selling single family residences. I understand these many differences and work full time to get your condo sold for the highest price, in the shortest amount of time and with as few hassles as possible.

My approach to condo marketing is a simple one. I believe in a true partnership with my Sellers. After all, we are both working to accomplish the same goal. I also know that the marketing techniques of the 80’s and 90’s simply don’t work today. It takes a lot more than placing a sign in your window and a picture in the MLS to get your condo sold. A lot more!
