NEW Proposed Land Use Plan Approved!

Posted to Tyler Minges

The Ross Township trustees have recently approved a NEW land use plan for the development of almost 350 acres. Located in the most prime location in Ross, Ohio, the farm is proposed to have a community center, Library, Residential single family homes, Condo's, and prime retail lots and more. This is a huge step for the little town of Ross. Formerly referred to as the small farm town out in the boonies. Ross is "a little taste of heaven" as many refer to it as. Less than 25 miles to downtown 10 minutes to large scale shopping and very easy access to interstate Highways. No date has been released for the breaking of the ground. If you are looking in the Ross area to purchase a new or existing home or would like to know more about the proposed NEW development, contact me, Tyler Minges at (513) 858-7574, or tminges@HUFF.com.
