A New Way to Buy A Condo!

Sick and tired of calling Real Estate companies only to find that the condo you were interested in was way out of your price range or worse yet it was in your price range but it was sold? I can help make the home buying process easy for you.

My approach to buying is a simple one. My goal is to find you the condo of your dreams, for the lowest possible price with as few hassles as possible. “No Pressure! No Hassle! No Bull!”

Here’s how I work with my Buyers to accomplish these goals:

  1. You’ll receive a private consultation to determine exactly what your looking for in your dream condo. I want to find what you want not what we have.

  2. You will be given a private meeting with a qualified, experienced lender who will explain to you all the different programs available and help you decide which one best suits your financial needs. This meeting will be at your convenience and will be held in one of our private conference rooms.

  3. Once you know exactly what price range that makes you feel comfortable we can begin our extensive search.

  4. I will enter into an agreement with you to work for you in finding your condo and I will protect your best interests. I’ll explain all the legal contracts. I’ll advise you of qualified home inspectors to help you protect your largest investment. Make no mistake I work for YOU!

  5. I won’t waste your time. I will preview the condos that meet your criteria and only show you those that are the “cream of the crop."
