Marketing and selling modern, contemporary and unique homes is a highly specialized area of real estate. My main objective is to market these homes to that segment of the population who see the value in the architecture. My website, cincinnatimodern.com gets thousands of hits a month from people seeking something different. I have had national exposure in the Wall Street Journal, Dwell Magazine, Modernism Magazine, Maine Antique Digest and was featured in the February 2006, 2007 and 2008 issues of Cincinnati Magazine and in the Cincinnati Enquirer. I have been featured on HGTV Pro and HGTV’s ‘What You Get For the Money.’

I also do modern consulting and speaking, am co-founder of Cincinnati Form Follows Function (cf3.org), a non-profit group dedicated to spreading the good word on modern design, and preserving Cincinnati’s modern treasures. My whole life, modern architecture and design have been my passion. It’s also my business!
